Gold Lab's postal shipping service is now open to everyone in Finland. Selling your gold no longer requires living in a particular area — you can order a free postage package straight to your door and post your gold, insured, directly to our laboratory.
The service is simple: you order the package, pack your gold items into the enclosed security envelope, and drop the parcel off at your nearest Posti service point. Payment lands in your account the same day we receive and analyse your shipment.
How does the postage service work?
Order your free postage package
Fill in your address on the sell form. We'll send an insured security envelope to your home address within 2–3 business days.
Pack your gold items
Put your jewellery, coins or bars into the enclosed security envelope. The shipment is insured up to €5,000.
Drop the parcel off at Posti
Take the parcel to any full-service Posti service point. The shipment costs you nothing.
Receive your offer and payment
We analyse the gold with an XRF device or acid testing and send you an offer. Once you accept, we transfer the payment to your account.
Why is the service free?
The postage package, transport and insurance are all covered by Gold Lab. We can offer this because our earnings model is based on a transparent service fee — we don't hide costs in shipping charges or a lower offer price.
